RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
YOU MUST PROCESS YOUR RETURN WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT AND HAVE IT IN THE MAIL BACK TO US WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. For all items returned the return postage must be paid by the returner.
**.ALL ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE OR THAT ARE MARKED DOWN ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS, unless To initiate a return, please email stitchandstoned@gmail.com. We will then reply to you with steps on how to return.
if items are damaged in any way by the purchaser (rips, stains, odors, pet hair) S&S has the right to refuse your Return & the item will be sent back to you at your cost. If the return shipping fees are not paid by the returner, your initial return request will be denied & the item(s) will be on hold with us until this invoice is paid
CANCELATIONS will not be accepted after 1 hour of placing the order. We work very hard at making sure we get items to you as quickly as possible. If you cancel within the time frame, a refund will be issued to you in the form of Store Credit or a Gift Card.
Stitch & Stoned will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Stitch & Stoned 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Stitch & Stoned will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
